Luxurious automobile manufacturer Lamborghini has announced the launch of its  tour-themed NFT collections that are set to offer users an exclusive global road trip experience via the metaverse.

Lamborghini is collaborating with the global live brand storytelling agency INVNT to drop the NFTs in order to celebrate the automobile brand’s 59th anniversary since inception in 1963.

Through the NFT collection, Lamborghini will unlock a unique metaverse journey experience across New York, Japan, and Dubai and an exclusive tour of its iconic headquarters in Italy for its collectors. Moreover, the first batch minting on October 24 will take users on an exciting metaverse drive all over Times Square, New york.

In addition, the collection will also feature other metaverse tour destinations, including Sakura Dream in Japan on October 25, the Emirates Express in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on October 26, and the headquarters of Lamborghini in Sant’Agata Bolognese in Italy on October 27.

Featuring a limited edition of 1,963 tour-themed NFTs, the first batch of the collection represents the year of its birth. In addition, the project will include 63 NFTs set aside for lucky collectors.

The NFTs will enable a variety of benefits for users ranging from a chance to acquire unique commemorative digital wallpaper, Lamborghini Centro Stile Sketch to Lamborghini GLB File, and an exclusive VIP metaverse tour.

Currently, the NFTs are auctioning at $196 each on the official Lamborghini NFT marketplace over a stretch of 4 days.

However, this is not Lamborghini’s first stint with NFTs. In July of this year, the GT racing team, Vincenzo Sospiri Racing backed by Lamborghini, announced that they will certify and authenticate factory car parts via NFTs.
