OneFootball has launched Footballer’s Journey, a new NFT project, right before the final match of FIFA World Cup 2022. The project is live on the OneFootball marketplace.
The project has been produced in collaboration with Dapper Labs and Animoca Brands. In comic-style books, Footballer’s Journey shares the stories of seven popular players from their childhood to success. Each book has different chapters including Panels, the unique NFTs.

After a sell-out pre-sale, panels of Chapter 1 can be purchased and traded on the OneFootball marketplace that has packs with four panels available at $29. In the first drop, 20,195 NFTs are minted with 155 of them being rare and enabling collectors to acquire an exclusive piece of the storied careers of the players.
Upon finishing a chapter by assembling the major achievements in the journey of a player, collectors can get access to unique rewards such as meeting the legends in real life.
The books are free and will be shared by all the seven players on their social media platforms to allow fans to accumulate Chapter 1 panels. The remaining chapters will be launched in the coming year.
These selected players include- Vinicius Junior, Serge Gnabry, Alphonso Davies, Sadio Mane, Raphael Varane, Minjae Kim and Joao Felix.
