The popularly famous bored Ape NFT are no longer in their 2D monotonous form. PureArt has made it a physical statue. Web3 successfully taught the world that NFTs are more than just jpegs on the screen. Bored Ape Yacht Club was converted to Physical Collectibles to prove the point.

The figures have value and are the power of Licensing and Intellectual Property. Each has its production license in the community of members.
This making of the physical statue was only possible when the 3 parties Bored Space Ape, Bored Captain Ape, and Bored Jobs, joined together. They licensed their IP and collaboratively joined their digital and physical worlds.
The size scale of each physical statue is 1:8; this was decided by voting conducted among the BAYC community. To maintain the authenticity of the figures, all the statues will have an NFC chip fixed on the base. This will be done on both figures of Bored Space ape and Bored Captain.
The chip that will be embedded will make the collectors who own it connect to the Web3 wallet. The figure will act the same as a digital token but in a physical form. Through this, the legitimacy of the figure will be ensured. Those digital tokens are said to be used for future benefits and unlock rarities.
These physical figure artworks were revealed for the first time in Art Basel Miami. As it was informed, those figures or statues will be shipped by May 2023. The people attending the ApeFest in New York will have free pickup available.
