Lotus Cars launches NFTs that runs on the Ripple blockchain

British automotive company Lotus Cars have shared plans to launch its first NFT collection in partnership with Ripple as the blockchain partner.

The Lotus NFTs will allow creators and collectors to come together and experience Lotus Cars in a new way.

Lotus Cars made the announcement through a Twitter post:

NFTs are the upcoming innovative project from Lotus Advanced Performance; the business division launched earlier this year. It is dedicated to delivering thrilling bespoke vehicles and top-notch customer experiences. The impending Lotus NFT collection will be created in-house by Lotus Design, and each NFT will be designed to acknowledge the company’s pioneering spirit.

Simon Lane, Director, Lotus Advanced Performance, said that Lotus has always focused on cutting-edge innovation, and its move to enter the Web3 space with a customer-oriented NFT program proves that. Partnering with NFT Pro means Lotus will deliver unique content for a new digital community of its fans.

NFT PRO shared the update about its partner, Lotus Cars, through a tweet:

Apart from allowing creators and collectors to experience Lotus Cars in a new and exciting environment, the upcoming NFTs launch on the XRPL will also offer perks to its holders. The NFTs will debut on the XRPL at an unspecified later date.
