As revealed in the official blog post, a Blue Capacitor will provide the users with access to the Origin Residence. At the same time, a Green Capacitor is responsible for providing access to the Nebula Quarters. In addition to this, it was revealed that the users who possess both capacitors would be obtaining a portal to link both places to each other.
Well, the blog post addressed that this particular initiative is intended to bring the WoW community together beyond PFPs, to create and explore the nature of digital identities. The COO of WoW, Shannon Snow, released a statement that said:
WoW has built a brand that allows people to represent themselves digitally, through PFPs.
Shannon further mentioned that as the first female-centric NFT brand that managed to break through to the mainstream, they couldn’t be more thrilled for the next iteration and expansion of the WoWverse.
Yam Karkai designed both the Origin Residence and the Nebula Quarters in association with a world-building engine for Web3, OnCyber.
