- Grease Monkey Games has joined Mishimoto for the release of Torque Drift 2, an NFT car racing game.

Animoca Brands’ subsidiary, Grease Monkey Games, has partnered with Mishimoto for the forthcoming Torque Drift 2. Owing to the partnership, rare Mishimoto licensed utility non-fungible tokens will be brought to the game, which will grow the Web3 ability of the game as well as the drift racing simulation experience.

A blockchain-inspired racing game, Torque Drift 2 provides both a captivating and credible drifting experience. Moreover, it will offer a legitimate racing experience for Web2 and Web3 gamers when it launches on PC next year. Torque Drift is also a component of the ecosystem of the REVV Motorsport of metaverse racing games.
The game is based on the Polygon blockchain, which means it is focused towards environmental responsibility. In the second quarter of 2023, Torque Drift 2 playable demo will be launched to enable players to be a part of the highly-expected follow-up to Torque Drift.
Owing to the partnership, Mishimoto will contribute its automotive proficiency to Torque Drift 2. As the game will have legendary Mishimoto parts like gear shifters and intercoolers, players will get to customize their in-game vehicles and hit various levels of performance in accordance with the key value of the game, i.e., play-it-your-way besides the commitment of Grease Money Games to offer an unbeatable virtual racing experience.
