ASICS, a Japanese sportswear manufacturer, made an announcement today about rolling out ASICS X SOLANA UI Collection, featuring custom-made, GT-2000 11 running shoes further allowing owners a chance to win a limited edition ASICS x STEPN GT-2000 NFT.

In a recent interview, ASICS Director told Decrypt that he sees a place for himself and his company to help in Web3 and launch products to inspire people to be more active physically, hence, promoting a healthy life and encouraging a fitness-filled lifestyle. He further explains that these creative marketing attempts are a way for them to tell stories about their products to grow excitement among certain specific communities.

Pace claims that the ASICS designed the GT-2000 running shoes for the Web3 community but is also something anyone can make use of to bring balance with physical activity.

On Nov 4 – 8, the GT-2000 11 shoes will be available for pre-order for a 5-day period. Available with two design variants, GT-2000 11 is going to sell for $200 using USDC via Solana Pay. ”Light mode” and “Dark mode” are two design variants of the shoe brand. Each represents a balance.
