PUBG Creator Krafton Joins With Solana to Support NFT Games

South Korean firm Krafton is a specialist in the development and distribution of video games. It is also responsible for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (popularly called PUBG)). On March 23, the firm signed a deal with Solana Labs, which is the team that built the Solana blockchain.

According to February data, Krafton’s revenues for the last year were close to $1.57 trillion. Interestingly, the company’s free-to-play battle game PUBG Mobile generated $1.18 billion. PUBG has been downloaded more than 70,000 times.

PUBG is a popular game on Steam and has been downloaded over 70,000 times. This game is second in battle-royale popularity, behind Epic Games’ Fortnite.
