Looks like Amber Heard’s loss against her ex-husband has showered Johnny Depp with a lot more than praises, a whopping $10 million in compensatory damages and another $5 million in punitive damages. As per reports, his collection of Ethereum ETH/USD based NFTs have witnessed a sharp rush in interest.

His collection titled “Never Fear Truth” had a total trading volume of 1,500 ETH since its launch. However, upon the final verdict, the actor’s NFT collection has enjoyed a tremendous increase in sales. According to OpenSea’s data, on June 2, the collection saw 212 sales. Currently, the floor price for the collection is 0.52 ETH.

A total of 3.850 NFTs with artwork by Depp, the collection’s theme is ‘Friends and Heroes’ and features people the actor is close to or takes inspiration from. Each image is an intimate reflection of their character in Johnny’s eyes; a portrayal of how they have revealed themselves to him.

OpenSea’s description of the collection read, “Each NFT acts as a membership key to his community and future releases, establishing a creative community of fans and friends through ownership on the Ethereum blockchain.”
