  • The much awaited movie Thor: Love and Thunder has received mixed reviews.
  • Taika Waititi, the director of the movie has posted an Instagram post with a funny NFT poster.
  • Waititi is not keen on entering the NFT space any time soon.

NFTs are popular and controversial at the same time. While a number of celebrities are often drawn towards the non-fungible tokens, there’s no shortage of people who mock them and don’t refrain from making plenty of jokes online.

Taika Waititi, the director of Thor: Love and Thunder has posted an Instagram post with a hilarious NFT poster since Thor 4 has recently been released.

The social media post read,

New Thor NFT poster just dropped. All profits go to making another poster.

The movie has received mixed reviews. The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has got a 68% critics score on Rotten Tomatoes and an 81% audience score. According to some fans, the movie is quite short and doesn’t justify the roles of some characters. Hence, an internet campaign for a director’s cut is making the rounds.

Talking about Wititi, he has expressed not being a fan of the idea.

Speaking about the same, he said that he is pondering upon the director’s cuts and himself watches the director’s cut of many other directors. He doesn’t find them worthy and directors need to control themselves at times. Also, they are too long.

He further shared that his director’s cut would have more jokes. A couple of scenes might be deleted owing to them being unfit to be in the film. According to him, the deleted scenes section on the DVD  should be a list of the deleted scenes with no links to click on them.

Meanwhile, Thor: Love and Thunder is playing in theaters.

Earlier, Today NFT News reported that Cinemark rewarded fans with Marvel Studios’ Thor: Love and Thunder NFTs, giving fans a chance to win one of 1,000 NFTs along with claiming discounts and benefits.
