Tamil Nadu becomes the first state to own its AI-generated NFT

In a recent announcement made by the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, MK Stalin, Tamil Nadu has become the first state in India to own its AI-generated NFT representing the state. In addition to this, it should be noted that the iTNT hub of Tamil Nadu is all set to be operational in the coming 2-3 months and will serve as the largest deep-tech incubator in the country. 

An upcoming conference, Umagine, is awaited to be held in Chennai. As said, the tech conference will play a crucial role in bringing all the stakeholders together and providing them with one single platform. 

The state is revealingly drawing inspiration from global tech conferences such as Slush in Finland and GITEX in Dubai in order to organize it. This clearly implies that Tamil Nadu is way ahead of other states, specifically when it comes to the discussion of deep tech talent.

The governing bodies of Tamil Nadu are working towards bringing in new policies and revising the existing ones, including cybersecurity. In addition to this, it should be noted that they will continue to explore the possibility of bringing Web 3.0-related policies in order to extend support to startups. This also covers the overall technology ecosystem in the state. 

As revealed, the NFT showcases TN’s past, present, and future and is communicated as “Netru, Indru, Nalai” in Tamil.
