A recent announcement revealed that one of the prominent Ethereum scaling solutions, zkSync, has incorporated Unstoppable Web3 domains into their Checkout and Wallet apps. Now this will allow community members to send and receive crypto quickly with other zkSync wallets with human-readable names rather than random addresses.
Not only this, but all the zkSync Checkout users can also create payment links with their Unstoppable Web3 domains to share and collect crypto payments quickly and completely.
zkSync is a ZK-rollup, a widely used trustless protocol that utilizes cryptographic proofs to offer secure, scalable, and affordable transactions on Ethereum without compromising on any of the security concerns.
To make it a safe, quick, and cost-effective way to do transactions on Ethereum, zkSync “rolls up” multiple transactions into “batches” and verifies them off-chain before the transaction is settled on the Ethereum network.
With the introduction of Web3 domains, zkSync will offer its community an even more seamless experience by changing out confusing alphanumeric addresses for unique digital identities like Elizabeth.nft or Phil.crypto.
Omar Azhar, the Head of Enterprise Business Development for zkSync, also said that the team is grateful to work with Unstoppable Domains to ensure the security, scalability, and low fees of zkSync in their growing ecosystem.
Adding further, he said that developing more creative and unique UX for the end-users, is on the way to preserve the long-term adoption and security of Web3.
