The team behind Shiba Inu has recently revealed a new black and white sketch of the Rocket Pond, subtitled a “hidden resort” in the upcoming Shib metaverse, via Shibaswap.

The announcement describes how the Rocket Pond draws inspiration from popular US locations, including Lake Tahoe and Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, to establish an ethereal resort.

To assist in bringing the world to life, the Shiba Inu metaverse team will concentrate on creating life-like virtual settings as well as backgrounds with characteristics derived from real-world objects.

The name ‘Rocket Pond’ was chosen in reference to the rocket symbol in crypto culture and how it represents a token’s ascent to the moon.
