Snoop Dogg Drops ‘Supercuzz’ NFT Collection

American rapper and songwriter, Snoop Dogg is all set to launch the first ever-NFT label.

Snoop Dogg has been one of the biggest NFT supporters in the hip-hop industry and taking the lead he is turning his label into an NFT. As the new owner of Death Row Records, in February he announced that he’ll turn the Death Row label into an NFT.

In conversation with Will Weinbach, founder of Weinbach Media he expressed his desire to be the first major in the metaverse. He announced that he’ll be releasing artists via the metaverse.

Snoop Dog wishes to be the first major in the metaverse. Just like he broke the business by becoming the first independent to be major he is expecting the same with metaverse.

Snoop Dogg will also launch a superhero-themed comic book called SUPERCUZZ as an NFT. SUPERCUZZ will be a collaboration between the West Coast rapper and MakersPlace, a crypto marketplace.

MakersPlace, labeled as the foremost crypto marketplace for unique and authentic digital artworks declared on Tuesday (March 15) that they’ll be collaborating with the iconic rapper for a big NFT collaboration titled SUPERCUZZ.

Original artwork created by BossLogic for the NFT collection displays animated comic book covers portraying Snoop Dogg as a beloved superhero.

In the comic Snoop Dogg will be featured as a beloved superhero born in the streets of ‘Angel City.’ He will be a self-made crypto trillionaire in the morning while in the night he will be out on the streets as a superhero saving people from evil.

Snoop’s son, Cordell Broadus is in charge of the creative direction of all five creative covers. The collection will also contain voice animation by Snoop Dogg and 5 graphic stills.

This NFT is all set to get launched on Thursday, March 17 at 3:30 p.m. PDT. You can check out the cover at the MakersPlace website.
