The Sandbox joins with Wunderman Thompson to develop new experiences in the metaverse

The Sandbox community has partnered with Wunderman Thompson, a WPP company, to develop brand experiences for the metaverse. Thanks to the new partnership, clients of Wunderman Thompson will be able to include their communities in captivating decentralized entertainment events.

Wunderman Thompson will work closely with The Sandbox to enhance its ability to support companies in maximizing their relevance within Web3 culture by producing fascinating interactive experiences and activating their followers and consumers. As a result of this innovative shift, Wunderman Thompson will be at the forefront of a new era of Web3-based digital engagement.

To expand their Web3 offering and assist some of the most ambitious businesses in the world as they take their initial steps into the metaverse, he continued, they are thrilled to join with this metaverse pioneer.

As part of the agreement, thousands of Wunderman Thompson technologists and creatives will receive new training on how to use GameMaker and VoxEdit tools to generate digital assets and experiences in The Sandbox as well as how to design and build specific brand experiences in The Sandbox. There will be three distinct tracks available in this new metaverse curriculum for CEOs, creative practitioners, media specialists, and strategists.

Through immersive interactive experiences, the relationship will enable Wunderman Thompson to strengthen the brands and communities of its clientele. through the use of gamification mechanisms, which are typically not offered with traditional social media, brands can increase engagement with their fans and followers.
