- More information on this week’s event hasn’t been disclosed yet.
Othersidemeta has announced on Twitter that the Koda Decoupling and Vessel Claim will happen later this week on https://lotm.otherside.xyz.
Decoupling or claiming a Vessel isn’t needed, and holders of Otherdeed will have the choice to do so whenever they want. Being a part of the Koda Decoupling and Vessel claim will add the Koda Origins Obelisk piece metadata update to their Otherdeed.
The Decoupling and Vessel claim includes a burn mechanic to upgrade contracts as well as non-fungible tokens on new individual smart contracts.
At the moment, no further update is available. Towards the end of last month, Otherside introduced TheLegends of the Mara. Offering an immersive gaming experience and allowing voyagers or players to claim a Vessel NFT and engage with Koda, Mara, and Kodamara collections, it is powered by ApeCoin.
Once the claim period for vessels begins, Otherdeed owners can participate in the game this month.
To decouple, one has to tap “GET STARTED,” upon which they can create an authentication phrase as well as upload an authentication image to connect with their account.
Enchanters, farmers, and hunters are the three types of Vessels hospitable to Shades. Certain Vessels are way more hospitable as compared to others. The one that dismisses their shelter-seekers and breaks can turn corrupt; hence, they must be handled very carefully.
Upon ingesting a seasonal catalyst, a Mara will evolve into a Kodamara that will take on the characteristics the catalyst has. Almost every catalyst has characteristics that belong to one or another of the constellations of the season. However, the unique catalysts or hybrid catalysts will have characteristics that are a mix of both. Season 1 creational catalysts will be available soon.
