As per the latest news, immediately after being drafted, Elam has filed 2 new trademarks for- KAI 5 and A “K E 5” logo with an intention to launch his very own clothing line in the coming time.
As of now, the news has been made public by Josh Gerben, a trademark attorney and founder of Gerben Law Firm. He took it to his personal Twitter handle and tweeted:

The trademarks are for:
1. KAI 5

Though a huge selection of his jerseys and uniforms are available in the market for men, women as well as kids, the launch will double-up the enthusiasm and passion of his loyal fans.
Getting into the details of the trademarks, KAI 5 has serial number 97391102; while A “K E 5” has serial number 97391129. Both the trademarks have been filed on 05 May, 2022 and belong to the trademark class 25, which pertains to general clothing, headgear and footwear.
As of now, neither Elam has posted any update about the trademarks filing on his social media handles nor have any news or media agencies spilled the beans. However, his efforts and commitment to learn and give his best to win the Super Bowl clarifies how dedicated he would be for his own venture.
